DPF does not appraise units, so compare the asking figure with the SPA price and recent DLD transactions for South Garden before you rely on it.

• Registration type: confirm whether the unit is on an Oqood off-plan register or a title deed.
• Payment plan: get a Wasl statement listing instalments paid and instalments still due.
