Visit at weekday peak if you care about Sheikh Zayed Road traffic toward Dubai Marina and Abu Dhabi. Match South Garden or other building names on the SPA before you compare service charges.

Wasl Gate also sits close enough to Downtown Jebel Ali that buyers sometimes confuse the two communities; keep South Garden and Eleve paperwork on their own SPA lines when you shortlist Jebel Ali corridor apartments.
