Arada Awards AED397m Contract for Rove Aljada Hotel Cluster
Sharjah-based real estate developer Arada has granted a construction contract valued at AED397m ($108m) for the Rove Aljada hotel cluster — a flagship hospitality project within the AED35bn ($9.5bn) Aljada megaproject.
The contract was awarded to Modern Building Contracting Company (MBCC), which will commence work immediately.
Project completion is anticipated by December 2027, representing another key step forward in Sharjah’s largest mixed-use urban development.
Rove Aljada in Sharjah
Situated near the upcoming Arada Central Business District (CBD) and Madar Mall, the Rove Aljada cluster will feature four interconnected buildings combining hotel and branded residential spaces.
The Rove Aljada hotel will comprise 192 rooms, complemented by a rooftop pool, 24-hour fitness center, co-working spaces, and an all-day dining venue among other amenities.
Meanwhile, Rove Home Aljada will offer 306 branded residences and serviced apartments, available in one-, two-, and three-bedroom configurations designed with a bright and contemporary aesthetic.
Residents will have access to a private gym, swimming pool, café, restaurant, co-working lounges, and ground-floor retail options.
