Those product families do not share one payment plan. Treat each SPA as separate even when two homes sit inside Haven by Aldar.

Finding distressed and below-market units in Haven by Aldar

Haven by Aldar distress deals on DPF are mostly off-plan villa or townhouse resales labelled below original price, below OP, off-plan distress or below market by the seller. A motivated seller here is usually a launch purchaser who now needs an earlier exit than the handover calendar allows. Oqood contracts require Aldar assignment consent; deeded homes move on the ready transfer path. Below market claims need DLD evidence from the same product family and plot type. • Service charges: review the villa or townhouse cluster budget that applies to your product family.
