Dubai Real Estate Market Records AED23.8bn in Weekly Transactions
Dubai Real Estate Sector Recorded MASSIVE $6.5bn of Transactions Last Week, Including $22m Jumeirah Apartment
The Dubai real estate market posted AED23.8bn ($6.5bn) in transactions last week, according to the latest data released by the Land Department.
Strong Sales Activity
Sales remained the primary contributor to weekly performance, reaching AED 19.49 billion ($5.3 billion).
Between November 24 and 28, the emirate registered 4,798 sales transactions, reflecting sustained buyer demand across key areas.
High-Value Property Sales
Some of the most expensive deals recorded by the Land Department included:
- An apartment in Aman Residences, Jumeirah Second, sold for AED81m ($22.1m)
- An apartment in Solaya 2, Jumeirah First, sold for AED61.7m ($16.8m)
- An apartment in Enara by Omniyat, Business Bay, sold for AED58m ($15.8m)
Mortgage and Gift Transactions
Mortgage-related deals last week totalled AED3.68bn ($1bn).
Gift transactions contributed an additional AED632m ($172m), supporting overall market activity.
