Dubai Real Estate Sector Recorded $5.4bn Of Transactions Last Week, Including $55m Jumeirah Apartment
The Dubai real estate sector registered AED19.92bn ($5.4bn) in property transactions over the past week, based on figures released by the Land Department.
Sales Activity Overview
Sales continued to lead the market, reaching AED15.18bn ($4.1bn), according to the latest Land Department records.
Between November 10 and 14, the emirate witnessed 4,637 sales transactions, reflecting steady buyer interest across various communities.
Notable High-Value Transactions
Among the standout deals published on the Land Department website were:
- “An apartment in Jumeirah Residences Asora in Jumeirah First sold for AED203m ($55.3m)”
- “An apartment in The Alba Residences in Palm Jumeirah sold for AED60.65m ($16.5m)”
- “An apartment in Enara by Omniyat in Business Bay sold for AED57.3m ($15.7m)”
Mortgage and Gift Transactions
In addition to sales, mortgage-linked deals reached AED3.59bn ($977m) during the same period.
Gift transfers also contributed significantly, totaling AED1.15bn ($313m) in value.
